Zorggroep Arum is een zorgorganisatie waar wij professionele ondersteuning bieden aan jongeren en volwassenen met een verstandelijke beperking, motorische beperking en/of een niet-aangeboren hersenletsel. Op onze vier campussen die verspreid zijn over het Maasland kunnen cliënten wonen en hun dag zinvol besteden in allerlei binnen- en buitenateliers. Met warme omkadering zorgen wij dat onze cliënten zich goed voelen, houvast vinden en zichzelf kunnen zijn.

Deze aspecten dragen wij ook uit naar onze medewerkers. Hun welzijn en talenten zijn steeds één van onze prioriteiten. Wat ga je doen?

Als medewerker onderhoud sta je in voor de dagelijkse hygiëne, orde en netheid in het gebouw/leefgroep dat hem/haar toegewezen werd.

  • Poetsen en onderhouden van de lokalen van de leefgroep
  • Reinigen van sanitair, gemeenschappelijke ruimtes en burelen
  • Aanvullen van poets- en hygiëneproducten
  • Mee zorgen voor een nette, hygiënische en aangename leefomgeving

Samen met het team zorg je voor een verzorgde en huiselijke omgeving voor onze cliënten.

  • Je bent empathisch, flexibel, stressbestendig en assertief. Daarnaast ben je dienstverlenend en je hebt een goede werkhouding. Tot slot neem jij je verantwoordelijkheid op en werk je graag in team.
