Als Medewerker Onderhoud Matrijzen ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden, herstellen en optimaliseren van bestaande matrijzen. Dankzij jouw technische expertise zorg je ervoor dat de matrijzen in optimale conditie blijven en de productieprocessen efficiënt en kwaliteitsvol kunnen verlopen. Je werkt in 2 ploegen (6-14u en 14-22u).

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan matrijzen om een optimale werking en maximale levensduur te garanderen.
  • Verzorgen van correctief onderhoud en snel ingrijpen bij technische problemen tijdens de productie.
  • Wisselen en afstellen van inzetstukken in matrijzen tijdens lopende productieprocessen.
  • Herstellen, aanpassen en optimaliseren van matrijzen om de prestaties en betrouwbaarheid te verbeteren.
  • Actief deelnemen aan continue verbeteringsprojecten en meedenken over technische optimalisaties.
  • Uitvoeren van kleine las-, draai- en freeswerken met conventionele machines (niet-CNC gestuurd).
  • Nauw samenwerken met productie en andere technische diensten om stilstanden tot een minimum te beperken.
  • Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids- en milieunormen.
  • Mee instaan voor orde en netheid binnen de eigen werkzone en de productieomgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma in Matrijzenbouw, Mechanica of een vergelijkbare richting (A2/TSO), of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt een rolbrugattest of bent bereid dit te behalen.
  • Kennis van spuitgietmatrijzen en hun werking is een belangrijke troef.
  • Basiskennis van spuitgietmachines (bij voorkeur Engel) is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met het onderhoud, herstellen en optimaliseren van matrijzen.
  • Ervaring met conventionele verspaningstechnieken is een meerwaarde, evenals WIG/TIG-lassen.

Technische vaardigheden

  • Je beschikt over een sterk technisch inzichten, werkt oplossingsgericht en denkt mee na over verbeteringen en optimalisaties van matrijzen en processen.
  • Je analyseert technische problemen grondig en komt tot logische en doordachte oplossingen.
  • Je combineert nauwkeurigheid met een praktische aanpak.

Samenwerking en communicatie

  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw taken.
  • Je functioneer vlot binnen een team en werk je constructief samen met collega's van productie en technische dienst.
  • Je communiceert helder en professioneel.
