Als medewerker onderhoud matrijzen ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden, herstellen en optimaliseren van bestaande matrijzen.

Je zorgt ervoor dat de matrijzen tijdens de productie correct blijven functioneren en grijpt tijdig in wanneer aanpassingen of herstellingen nodig zijn.

Jouw taken

  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan matrijzen;
  • Instaan voor correctief onderhoud tijdens de productie;
  • Inzetstukken van matrijzen wisselen tijdens de productie;
  • Storingen en technische problemen analyseren en oplossen;
  • Actief meewerken aan continue verbeteringsprojecten;
  • Kleine las-, draai- en freeswerken uitvoeren op conventionele machines;
  • Technisch meedenken over mogelijke verbeteringen en optimalisaties;
  • Veilig en milieubewust werken;
  • Zorgen voor orde en netheid in de eigen werkzone en de productieomgeving.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een opleiding A2 Matrijzenbouw/Mechanica, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Ruime ervaring in verschillende aspecten van matrijsonderhoud;
  • Een technisch en analytisch denkvermogen;
  • Een sterk oog voor detail;
  • Een zelfstandige en gestructureerde werkhouding;
  • Het vermogen om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken;
  • Een flexibele en stressbestendige ingesteldheid;
  • Een proactieve houding waarbij je problemen tijdig weet te herkennen;
  • Een sterke focus op veiligheid en milieubewust werken.

Heb je ervaring met één van onderstaande? Dan is dat zeker een pluspunt:

  • WIG/TIG-lassen;
  • Werken met een rolbrug;
  • Algemene kennis van Engel-spuitgietmachines.
