Dan is deze functie misschien iets voor jou. Bij de bovenbouwlocatie van het Gomarus College, Vondelpad 1, vinden we een veilig en positief pedagogisch klimaat essentieel. Wij zoeken op ons ondersteuningsplein een vertrouwd gezicht, iemand die klaarstaat voor de leerlingen, maar hier ook rust en overzicht brengt. Wat ga je doen? Het ondersteuningsplein biedt een plek waar leerlingen terecht kunnen die moeite hebben op sociaal-, emotioneel-, gedrags- of leergebied. Op het ondersteuningsplein is een rustige, prikkelarme omgeving voor deze leerlingen om hun een goede schoolperiode te bieden. Als medewerker ondersteuningsplein speel jij hierin een belangrijke rol. Je staat klaar met een luisterend oor wanneer daar behoefte aan is. Ook help je leerlingen mee met het plannen en het creëren van overzicht in hun leerwerk en help je mee met het aanleren van leerstrategieën. Daarnaast is ervaring met NT-leerlingen2 een pré. Je werkt hierin samen met het team van leerlingbegeleiders en ondersteuningcoördinatoren, die ook op of rondom het ondersteuningsplein aanwezig zijn. Daarnaast is er ook het contact met de mentoren van de leerlingen.
