Voor veel van onze gasten begint de dag bij het ontbijt — en jij speelt daarin een belangrijke rol. Jij bent iemand die het prettig vindt om vroeg te beginnen en met aandacht en overzicht te zorgen voor een fijne start van de dag. Wat ga je doen? Jij verwelkomt gasten op een oprechte en warme manier, zorgt ervoor dat alles verzorgd klaarstaat en houdt oog voor wat er nodig is. Een goede kop koffie, een vers glas jus d'oranje, een kort gesprekje of juist even ruimte: jij voelt dit moeiteloos aan. Dankzij jouw ervaring en gevoel voor gastvrijheid verloopt het ontbijt soepel en prettig, ook op drukkere momenten. Je werkt gestructureerd, houdt overzicht en zorgt samen met je collega's voor een ontspannen sfeer in het restaurant. Gasten voelen zich bij jou op hun gemak en komen graag bij je terug. Juist jouw rust, aandacht en betrouwbaarheid maken het verschil. We zoeken een ontbijtmedewerker die het fijn vindt om in de ochtenduren te werken en energie haalt uit het verzorgen van een goede gastbeleving. Ervaring is welkom, maar belangrijker is dat je plezier hebt in gastvrij werken en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor jouw rol. Je dienst begint tussen 06:00 en 07:00 uur en eindigt wanneer het restaurant weer klaar is voor de lunch. De functie in een notendop:

• Binnenkomen bij jou in het restaurant voelt als thuiskomen;

• De ultieme gastbeleving is altijd het belangrijkste doel en uitgangspunt in alles wat je doet;

• De tafels zien er dankzij jou schoon en fris uit en het buffet is aangevuld waar nodig;

• Je werkt samen met de andere afdelingen en draagt hierbij zorg voor een goede communicatie.

Wat kun je van ons verwachten:

• Een mooie functie met vaste werkdagen, bij voorkeur 3–4 dagen per week;

• Ochtenddiensten tot ongeveer 14:00 uur, die goed te combineren zijn met privéleven en gezin;

• Een werkplek waar rust, samenwerking en respect centraal staan;

• Een salaris volgens Horeca CAO, vanaf €2468,35 bruto per maand obv 38 uur;
