Als Medewerker Onthaal & Onderdelenmagazijn regio Menen combineer je klantencontact met administratie en magazijnwerk en zorg je ervoor dat werkorders, auto-onderdelen en voorraad correct opgevolgd worden.

  • Je verwelkomt klanten aan het onthaal en zorgt voor een vriendelijke en professionele ontvangst.
  • Je overloopt de werkbon met de klant en noteert alle nodige informatie duidelijk en correct.
  • Je bestelt auto-onderdelen bij leveranciers en volgt bestellingen en leveringen zorgvuldig op.
  • Je controleert geleverde onderdelen en geeft ze een vaste en overzichtelijke plaats in het onderdelenmagazijn.
  • Je maakt onderdelenkarren klaar zodat techniekers snel over het juiste materiaal beschikken.
  • Je verwerkt werkorders, bestellingen en voorraadgegevens correct in het computersysteem.
  • Je controleert de voorraad van auto-onderdelen en bestelt tijdig bij wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je houdt het magazijn ordelijk en zorgt ervoor dat onderdelen gemakkelijk terug te vinden zijn.
  • Je schakelt vlot tussen klantenonthaal, administratieve taken en praktisch magazijnwerk.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en houdt gemakkelijk overzicht over verschillende taken en bestellingen.
  • Je hebt interesse in auto’s, auto-onderdelen en de werking van een technische werkplaats.
  • Je helpt klanten graag verder en communiceert op een vriendelijke en duidelijke manier.
  • Je werkt vlot met een computer en leert snel werken met nieuwe voorraad- en werkordersystemen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en vindt het belangrijk dat werkorders, bestellingen en voorraad correct geregistreerd zijn.
  • Je houdt van afwisseling tussen administratie aan je bureau en praktisch werk in het magazijn.
  • Je werkt graag samen met techniekers en andere collega’s en helpt mee om het werk vlot te laten verlopen.
