Jouw uitdaging

  • Je verzorgt het onthaal en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers.
  • Je beheert de telefooncentrale.
  • Je verwerkt de post en algemene correspondentie.
  • Je waakt erover dat gedeelde kantoorruimtes (onthaal, vergaderzalen, keuken, ...) steeds opgeruimd en klaar zijn voor gebruik.
  • Je houdt de voorraad van het bureaumateriaal, koffie, ... bij en plaatst tijdig nieuwe bestellingen.

Jouw troeven

  • Je bent klantgericht. Dankzij jouw hulpvaardige en geduldige aanpak voelt iedereen zich welkom.
  • Je luistert aandachtig en identificeert de vraag, daarna stuur je door naar de juiste personen.
  • Je leert snel en je bent administratief zeer sterk.
  • Je hebt een uitgesproken focus op kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met de courante MS Office toepassingen zoals Outlook, Word, Excel, ...
  • Je hebt basiskennis van Frans en Engels.
