Jobomschrijving

Als Medewerker Onthaal & Weegbrug ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs, bezoekers en klanten. Je combineert onthaal, administratie en operationele ondersteuning in een afwisselende functie binnen een sterk groeiend en familiaal bedrijf.

Jouw functie

  • Je verwelkomt chauffeurs die onze site binnenrijden en begeleidt hen professioneel verder.
  • Je bedient de weegbrug en zorgt voor de correcte verwerking van alle inkomende en uitgaande transporten.
  • Je verstrekt de nodige documenten en maakt chauffeurs wegwijs op de site.
  • Je verwerkt alle gegevens nauwkeurig in ons ERP-systeem (AX).
  • Je controleert dossiers op volledigheid en juistheid en stemt indien nodig af met de commerciële dienst ter voorbereiding van een correcte facturatie.
  • Je maakt transportdocumenten op voor internationale transporten.
  • Als onthaalmedewerker ben je het visitekaartje van onze vestiging in Dottenijs.
  • Je beheert inkomende telefoons en e-mails en zorgt ervoor dat elke vraag bij de juiste contactpersoon terechtkomt.
  • Daarnaast ondersteun je diverse administratieve processen, zoals factuurcontrole en de verwerking van personeelsgegevens.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt vooral veel zin om bij te leren; je diploma is voor ons minder belangrijk.
  • Ervaring in een onthaal-, administratieve of logistieke functie is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt vlot met een computer en maakt je nieuwe softwarepakketten snel eigen.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en kan je goed uitdrukken in het Frans.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een flexibel uurrooster (afwisselend van 7u00 tot 15u18 en van 10u24 tot 18u30).
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt graag samen met collega's.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, gestructureerd, stressbestendig en flexibel.
