Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou voor de functie van medewerker operationele ondersteuning & advies in Arnhem. De energietransitie brengt grote uitdagingen met zich mee voor grootzakelijke klanten en jij speelt hierin een belangrijke rol door hen te helpen bij uiteenlopende vraagstukken over aansluitingen en energiecontracten. Jouw werk als medewerker operationele ondersteuning & advies In deze rol kijk je verder dan de vraag die wordt gesteld en zoek je naar de best passende oplossing voor de klant én de mogelijkheden binnen het energienet. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit een combinatie van klantcontact en administratie. Ongeveer 30% van je tijd ben je telefonisch in contact met klanten en 70% besteed je aan het verwerken van aanvragen, wijzigingen en complexe klantvraagstukken. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met het beantwoorden van vragen over energievoorzieningen en het adviseren over passende contractvormen. Daarnaast beoordeel en verwerk je contractaanvragen en administratieve wijzigingen. Je analyseert de daadwerkelijke behoefte achter een klantvraag en stemt af met collega's om tot de beste oplossing te komen. Ook ondersteun je klanten bij vraagstukken rondom netcongestie en beschikbare congestieproducten. Werktijden In deze functie werk je van maandag tot en met vrijdag. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats in Arnhem, waarbij je de mogelijkheid hebt om gedeeltelijk vanuit huis te werken.
