Als Medewerker Operations Support ondersteun je de operatie binnen verschillende branches, waaronder zorg, Leisure, onderwijs, kantoren en andere facilitaire omgevingen. Je bent regelmatig op locatie aanwezig, maar werkt ook projectmatig vanuit kantoor of thuis. Je houdt je bezig met kwaliteitsbewaking, projectaudits, implementaties, innovaties en procesverbeteringen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met rayonmanagers, objectleiders en projectmanagers. Je bent niet verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de operationele teams, maar zorgt er juist voor dat de operatie beter, slimmer en veiliger kan werken. Dit ga je doen als medewerker Operations Support: - Voer je kwaliteitsaudits, inspecties en controles uit - Analyseer je operationele processen, kwaliteitsmetingen en auditresultaten. - Signaleer je verbeterkansen en vertaal je deze naar concrete acties en adviezen. - Ondersteun je locaties bij implementaties, opstarts, doorstarts en verbetertrajecten. - Adviseer je leidinggevenden over kwaliteit, veiligheid, werkwijzen en procesoptimalisatie. - Werk je mee aan innovatieprojecten, digitalisering en nieuwe werkmethodieken. - Draag je bij aan een veilige werkomgeving door risico's te signaleren en verbeteringen aan te jagen. - Ontwikkel en borg je werkinstructies, processen en standaarden. - Ondersteun je de operatie bij complexe vraagstukken en verandertrajecten. - Ben je een inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor de operatie.
