Beschrijving - Jij volgt de binnenlandse en internationale betalingsstromen nauwgezet op om een snelle en correcte verwerking van alle transacties te waarborgen; - Jij behandelt afwijkingen, incidenten en uitzonderingen bij inkomende en uitgaande betalingen, zoekt naar oplossingen en communiceert met betrokken partijen; - Jij beheert teruggestorte bedragen, geweigerde transacties, recalls van overschrijvingen en verwerkt SWIFT-berichten; - Jij verwerkt en volgt binnenlandse en buitenlandse cheques op, inclusief de benodigde controles en administratieve afhandeling; - Jij voert thesaurietransfers en financiële transacties uit en monitort deze volgens de richtlijnen van de financiële afdeling; - Jij zorgt voor de tijdige uitvoering van transfers naar Visa en Mastercard zodat de vereiste provisies beschikbaar zijn voor kaarttransacties; - Jij volgt, analyseert en regulariseert specifieke kredietkaarttransacties, waaronder correcties, terugbetalingen en dossiers vanuit de invorderingsdienst; - Jij neemt actief deel aan testfases van nieuwe releases en systemen met focus op functionele en non-regressietests om de kwaliteit van processen te waarborgen; - Jij coördineert en ondersteunt projecten rondom betalingsverkeer en regelgeving (zoals PSD3 en Inst...
