Medewerker order- en klantadministra1e 32-40 uur per week Wil jij werken in een administratieve functie waarin je een belangrijke schakel bent tussen onze klanten en verschillende afdelingen binnen Vivas? Als medewerker order- en klantadministratie zorg jij ervoor dat klantorders correct worden verwerkt, afspraken goed worden vastgelegd en openstaande acties niet blijven liggen. Je werkt binnen het team Commercie en klant en hebt veel contact met collega's van onder andere logistiek, inkoop, financiën en techniek. Daarnaast communiceer je voornamelijk schriftelijk met onze klanten. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en overzicht weten klanten én collega's waar ze aan toe zijn. Zo ziet jouw werkdag eruit Je begint je dag met een overzicht van de binnengekomen orders, klantvragen en openstaande acties. Welke orders moeten vandaag worden verwerkt? Zijn er wijzigingen of bijzonderheden? En waar is opvolging vanuit een andere afdeling nodig? Vervolgens ga je aan de slag met de verschillende administratieve werkzaamheden. Je verwerkt nieuwe orders in AFAS, controleert gegevens en zorgt dat wijzigingen en correcties zorgvuldig worden vastgelegd. Tussendoor beantwoord je klantvragen per e-mail en houd je in de gaten of lopende orders volgens afspraak worden afgehandeld. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: • Het verwerken en beheren van klantorders in AFAS; • Het controleren van orders op volledigheid, juistheid en haalbaarheid; • Het verwerken van wijzigingen, aanvullingen en correcties; • Het beantwoorden van klantvragen en verzoeken per e-mail; • Het zorgvuldig en professioneel vastleggen van klantcommunicatie; • Het opvolgen van openstaande orders en acties; • Het uitzetten van vervolgacties bij logistiek, inkoop, financiën of techniek; • Het tijdig informeren van klanten over de status en vervolgstappen; • Het actueel houden van klantgegevens, afspraken en bijzonderheden; • Het behandelen en administratief afhandelen van reclamaties; • H...
