Functie

Voor een bedrijf actief in de fabricage van buizen, pijpen en pijpleidingen in regio Oudenaarde, zoekt Vivaldis een Medewerker Order Intake.

In deze commerciële binnendienstfunctie ben jij de spil tussen klanten, sales en productie. Je zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen correct, volledig en tijdig verwerkt worden. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige opvolging verlopen de interne processen efficiënt en klantgericht.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Verwerken en controleren van binnenkomende orders in het ERP-systeem
  • Nakijken van prijzen, levertermijnen en productspecificaties
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten over bestellingen en leveringen
  • Afstemmen met productie en logistiek om een vlotte doorstroom te garanderen
  • Beheren en actualiseren van klantgegevens
  • Ondersteunen van de commerciële binnendienst bij administratieve taken

Je komt terecht in een technische omgeving binnen de materialensector.

De producten dragen bij aan toepassingen die mee bouwen aan een duurzame en gezondere samenleving.

Binnen deze functie zijn er doorgroeimogelijkheden richting commerciële binnendienst of accountondersteuning, afhankelijk van jouw ambitie en inzet.

Profiel

Voor deze functie zoekt Vivaldis een kandidaat met een eerste stabiele ervaring binnen een commerciële binnendienst of orderverwerking.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een diploma secundair onderwijs
  • Minimum 2 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in order intake of administratie
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk)
  • Goede administratieve en organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen en MS Office
  • Een rijbewijs B en eigen vervoer

Daarnaast ben je:

  • Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • Communicatief sterk en klantgericht
  • Stressbestendig bij piekmomenten
  • Proactief en oplossingsgericht
  • Een echte teamspeler die ook zelfstandig kan werken
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor een voltijdse tewerkstelling in regio Oudenaarde.
