Je verwerkt bestellingen, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat alle administratieve gegevens correct worden vastgelegd. Daarnaast onderhoud je contact met klanten, dealers, leveranciers en interne collega's om het proces soepel te laten verlopen. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een overzichtelijke en efficiënte orderadministratie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor: - Verwerken en controleren van voertuigbestellingen en aanvullende producten, zoals laadvoorzieningen; - Onderhouden van contact met dealers, importeurs en leveranciers over bestellingen en levertijden; - Bewaken van de voortgang van orders en signaleren van afwijkingen of vertragingen; - Informeren van klanten en wagenparkbeheerders over de status van bestellingen; - Controleren van facturen en verzorgen van een correcte administratieve afhandeling; - Coördineren van het orderproces en afstemmen met verschillende interne afdelingen; - Signaleren van knelpunten en bijdragen aan oplossingen om het bestel- en leverproces soepel te laten verlopen.
