Wat ga je doen?

Als medewerker orderadministratie bij onze klant ben je een belangrijke schakel in het team dat zorgt voor een vlekkeloze administratieve afhandeling van klantbestellingen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van verschillende afdelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat bestellingen tijdig en correct worden verwerkt, geleverd en gefactureerd.

Jouw takenpakket: - Controleren en voorbereiden van binnenkomende bestellingen voor verwerking door het magazijn - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten via telefoon en e-mail bij vragen over hun bestellingen - Samenwerken met de logistieke afdeling om het volledige logistieke proces administratief af te handelen - Verwerken van de routing van chauffeurs, retours en leeggoed met een nauwkeurige administratie - Ondersteunen bij het verwerken van interne informatieaanvragen van collega’s binnen het bedrijf

Je komt terecht in een team waar je direct bijdraagt aan een soepel verloop van het orderproces. Je krijgt de kans om je administratieve vaardigheden te ontwikkelen en te werken binnen een klantgerichte en gestructureerde werkomgeving.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je bent hands-on en in staat om zelfstandig te werken.
  • Omgaan met een grote hoeveelheid informatie die snel en nauwkeurig verwerkt dient te worden schrikt je niet af maar vind je een ‘challenge’.
  • Je kan ‘focus’ behouden in een drukkere werkomgeving.
  • Je hebt een flexibele ingesteldheid en werkt 1 week op 3 volgens de namiddagpost.
  • Het uurrooster is als volgt: 7u00-16u00 en 13u20-21u45

Opleiding: Je beschikt over een bachelor-niveau met enkele jaren relevante ervaring.

Vakkennis: Je hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen een gelijkaardige functie.

Talenkennis: Je kan klanten zowel in het Nederlands als in het Frans te woord staan.

Attesten: Geen specifieke attesten vereist.
