Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze administratie net zo fris en knisperend is als de salades die er gemaakt worden. wat bieden wij jou 40 uur per week! salaris conform CAO Groentegroothandel! tijdelijk via Tempo-Team daarna op contract! Klein en informeel team! wie ben jij Jij bent een organisatietalent met affiniteit voor cijfers. Waar anderen het overzicht verliezen in de drukte, blijf jij rustig en secuur. Je snapt dat in de versbranche snelheid belangrijk is, maar dat nauwkeurigheid altijd voorop staat. - Je beschikt over MBO4 werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een administratieve of financiële richting. - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in een soortgelijke administratieve functie. - Je bent handig met ERP- en boekhoudsystemen en hebt goede kennis van Excel. - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend wat ga je doen Als Medewerker Orderadministratie & Facturatie ben jij de spil in ons administratieve proces. Van het moment dat een order binnenkomt tot de uiteindelijke betaling: jij houdt het overzicht. Je werkt accuraat en zorgt dat zowel klanten als leveranciers tijdig en correct geholpen worden. - Orderverwerking: Je neemt orders aan, controleert deze en voert ze foutloos in ons systeem in. - Facturatie: Je stelt verkoopfacturen op en verstuurt deze naar onze klanten. - Inkoopfacturen verwerken: Je controleert, codeert en boekt de inkomende facturen van onze leveranciers. - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend. waar ga je werken Bij dit bedrijf draait alles om vers, gezond en kwaliteit.
