Als Medewerker Orderadministratie & Logistiek kom je te werken bij een stabiel familiebedrijf in Leusden, waar korte lijnen, samenwerken en zorgvuldig werken belangrijk zijn. Je krijgt een afwisselende functie waarin je veel contact hebt met klanten, leveranciers en collega's. Daarnaast kun je rekenen op: - Een goed salaris tussen € 3.000,- en € 4.000,- bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring; - 32 vakantiedagen per jaar; - Een halve dag vrij op je verjaardag; - Een sportvergoeding, vers fruit op kantoor en gezellige bedrijfsuitjes; - Een afwisselende functie met veel contact met klanten, leveranciers en collega's; - Ruimte voor persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling binnen de commerciële binnendienst. Deze vacature is op basis van werving & selectie . Dit betekent dat je direct in dienst komt bij onze opdrachtgever. Dit ga jij doen In deze functie als Medewerker Orderadministratie & Logistiek zorg je ervoor dat orders van A tot Z goed worden verwerkt en opgevolgd. Je hebt contact met klanten en leveranciers, bewaakt voorraden en levertijden en houdt de logistieke afhandeling van orders goed in de gaten. Daarnaast ondersteun je collega's op commercieel gebied. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Verwerken en administratief afhandelen van in- en verkooporders en het correct verwerken van commerciële gegevens en afspraken; - Onderhouden van contact met klanten en leveranciers over orders, levertijden, voorraden en de status van bestellingen; - Bewaken van voorraden en logistieke processen, waarbij je afwijkingen tijdig signaleert en waar nodig bestelsuggesties doet; - Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes en contracten en het ondersteunen van sales bij commerciële werkzaamheden; - Versturen van monsters en het oppakken van overige klant- en leveranciersvragen; - Signaleren van klantbehoeften en deze delen met de juist...
