Als Medewerker Ordercontrole ben jij de laatste schakel voordat de bestelling naar de klant gaat. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle orders correct, compleet en veilig klaarstaan voor verzending. Dankzij jouw scherpe oog voor detail ontvangen onze klanten precies wat zij hebben besteld. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Controleren van door orderpickers verzamelde orders. - Verwerken van afhaalbestellingen: aan de hand van pakbonnen de juiste goederen controleren, gereedmaken en meehelpen met het laden voor klanten. - Nascannen van artikelen om de juistheid van de bestelling te verifiëren. - Controleren of producten correct en veilig op de rolkarren zijn gestapeld. - Signaleren en oplossen van afwijkingen of fouten. - Contact onderhouden met klanten over vragen, wijzigingen of bijzonderheden rondom bestellingen. - Samenwerken met collega's van het magazijn en de logistieke afdeling. - Bijdragen aan een soepel en efficiënt logistiek proces.
