Lees dan snel verder! Dit ga je doen Als Medewerker Ordermanagement ben je verantwoordelijk voor de juiste, tijdige en volledige uitvoering van het gehele ordermanagementproces. Wat inhoudt het invoeren, controleren en opvolgen van klantorders conform de met de klant afgesproken Service Levels. Je bent proactief en initieert acties om te zorgen dat de klant zo goed mogelijk geïnformeerd wordt van de verwachte levertijden van de lopende orders. Als Medewerker Ordermanagement ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor de eerste beoordeling van kwaliteitsissues inclusief de registratie in de bijbehorende systemen. Kortom, een gevarieerd werkpakket met administratieve taken waarbij veel afstemming met klanten, collega's binnen de afdeling Customer Service & Customer Care en daarbuiten centraal staat. Jouw uitdagingen - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een tijdige, juiste en volledige opvolging van de voor ordermanagement ingerichte communicatiekanalen; - Je analyseert en volgt proactief mogelijke verstoringen op bij de uitlevering van orders; - Je controleert of er voldaan kan worden aan de afgesproken Service Levels en informeert de klant...
