Wat ga je doen?

Als medewerker Orderverwerking zorg jij dat klantorders correct in het systeem komen en intern goed worden opgevolgd. Jij bent de schakel tussen verkoop en kantoor. Dankzij jouw overzicht weten collega's wat er moet gebeuren en klanten waar ze aan toe zijn. Bij gebleken geschiktheid is een doorgroei mogelijk naar een salesfunctie.

Wat ga je doen? • je verwerkt orders in het systeem (voor de afdeling kunststof leidingwerk) met behulp van het programma Exacta • je controleert of de informatie compleet is en vraagt ontbrekende gegevens op • je houdt overzicht over de lopende aanvragen • klantcontact telefonisch of per mail (Nederlandse klanten) Het betreft een functie voor 40 uur per week: werktijden van 08.15 uur tot 17.00 uur (vrijdag tot 16.15 uur) Wat vragen wij van jou?
