Je combineert administratieve werkzaamheden met praktische logistieke taken. Je werkt met de computer, verwerkt orders en hebt telefonisch contact met schepen wanneer er vragen zijn over bestellingen. Daarnaast krijg je de mogelijkheid om productkennis op te doen en meer te leren over de verschillende materialen en producten die binnen de maritieme sector worden gebruikt. Werkzaamheden: - Verwerken van inkoop- en verkooporders. - Telefonisch contact onderhouden met schepen bij vragen over bestellingen. - Opdoen en uitbreiden van productkennis. - Orders verzamelen en klaarzetten voor verzending of levering. - Bestellingen ophalen en afleveren met een grote bus. - Zorgvuldig en netjes verwerken van orders en bijbehorende werkzaamheden. Verantwoordelijkheden - Correct en zorgvuldig verwerken van bestellingen. - Nauwkeurig uitvoeren van administratieve en logistieke werkzaamheden. - Klantgericht omgaan met vragen over bestellingen. - Zorgdragen voor een nette en overzichtelijke werkomgeving. - Zorgvuldig omgaan met producten, orders en leveringen. - Bereid zijn om nieuwe werkzaamheden te leren en productkennis op te bouwen.
