Binnen het bedrijf werken verschillende afdelingen nauw samen om ervoor te zorgen dat producten op tijd bij klanten terechtkomen. De werksfeer is nuchter en collegiaal en er is veel ruimte om mee te denken over verbeteringen. Over de opdrachtgever Als Medewerker Orderverwerking & Planning zorg je ervoor dat orders van begin tot eind goed worden opgevolgd. Je houdt overzicht over de planning, verwerkt gegevens in systemen en zorgt ervoor dat transporten volgens afspraak verlopen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verwerken en opvolgen van orders; - Afstemmen van transporten en levertijden; - Contact onderhouden met transporteurs en andere externe partijen; - Bewaken van de voortgang van lopende orders; - Verwerken en controleren van transport- en exportdocumenten; - Signaleren van afwijkingen en waar nodig bijsturen; - Ondersteunen bij administratieve werkzaamheden rondom logistieke processen; - Meedenken over verbeteringen in processen en werkwijzen. Een afwisselende functie waarin administratie, planning en logistiek samenkomen. Je werktijden vallen tussen 06:00 en 19:00 uur met een werkweek tot 40 uur.
