Je verantwoordelijkheden zijn drieledig:

- Organisatie - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor praktische en administratieve organisatie van onze sociale kruidenier - Je staat in voor de operationele coaching van vrijwilligers in de sociale kruidenier. Je zorgt voor een duidelijke taakverdeling en volgt de planning op. - Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met de sociale kruidenier heeft te maken voor zowel de klanten als de vrijwilligers - Je zorgt ook voor de stock en de bestellingen zowel in de kruidenier als de rest van de werkingen

- Administratie - Algemene administratieve taken, zoals agenda- en mailbeheer, opmaak vergaderverslagen, nazicht boekingen en betalingen - Eerste aanspreekpunt van de organisatie via telefoon, mail en andere sociale media - Rapportering en opvolging van aanwezigheden in kader van sociale tewerkstelling - Medeverantwoordelijk voor de financiële verantwoording - Input en bijhouden van de boekhouding (kascontrole, bank- en kasverrichtingen, opvolging, controle en inkomende en uitgaande facturen,...)

- Communicatie - Zorgt mee voor de (eind)redactie en copywriting van de nieuwsbrieven en alle andere communicatie - Opvolgen sociale media - Meewerken aan het updaten van de website en publiceren van digitale artikels. - Onderhouden van contacten via Facebook, o.a. plaatsen van posts. - Communicatieplannen

- Maandelijks neem je deel aan het teamoverleg en werk je mee aan initiatieven en evenementen van vzw De Knoop.

- Je bent in het bezit van een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs. - Je bent sterk met cijfers en met taal - Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en Word - Je bent sterk in nauwkeurig en ordelijk werken, met oog voor detail - Je bent communicatief, discreet, stipt en gemotiveerd. - Je leert snel, kan precies werken en verliest geen deadlines uit het oog - Je wordt enthousiast van een goede planning en organisatie - Je bent proactief en kan zowel zelfstandig als in team werken - Je schrikt niet terug van avond- of weekendwerk tijdens piekperiodes - Je hebt affiniteit en/of ervaring met de onderliggende problematiek van mensen in armoede en in kwetsbare situaties - Ervaring met vrijwilligers is een pluspunt
