Het Spine and Joint Centre zoekt een: Medewerker Patiënten- en financiële administratie (m/v) 32 uur | doortastend | communicatief sterk | administratief goed onderlegd Het team van de patiëntenadministratie helpt patiënten het revalidatieproces succesvol te starten en doorlopen. Het is jouw hoofdtaak om (telefonisch) contact te onderhouden met patiënten die in behandeling willen komen. Je financiële hoofdtaak bestaat uit het , samen met een collega, verwerken van behandeltrajecten tot declaraties. Daarnaast ben je inzetbaar in de ondersteuning van je collega's bij de diverse administratieve activiteiten. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Patiëntenzorg: - Het aanspreekpunt voor patiënten aan de telefoon, via e-mail en aan de receptie - Het informeren van patiënten over het te doorlopen aanmeldproces. - Het verkrijgen en bijhouden van de status van patiënten over hun aanmeldproces en geven van advies over wat zij zelf hier in kunnen doen - Het verwerken van verwijzingen en verdere administratie in het elektronisch patiëntendossier en verzorgen van de correspondentie van onze eigen afdeling en van de revalidatieartsen - Het plannen van afspraken voor de patiënten en collega's Financieel administratief: - Bijhouden van zorgtrajecten e...
