Wij zijn op zoek naar een medewerker payroll & administratie voor een groeiend bedrijf. In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je payroll met algemene administratieve en office management-taken. Je zorgt ervoor dat de loonadministratie van de medewerkers correct en tijdig verwerkt wordt en bent daarnaast een belangrijke administratieve ondersteuning binnen het bedrijf.

Wat ga je doen?

Je volgt de tikkingen en prestaties van de arbeiders op en past deze aan waar nodig.

Je controleert of premies en vergoedingen correct verwerkt zijn.

Je ondersteunt bij de payrolladministratie en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging.

  • Je neemt verschillende administratieve en office management-taken op.

Je denkt mee over administratieve processen en zorgt ervoor dat alles nauwkeurig opgevolgd wordt.

  • Je hebt minstens een eerste ervaring met payroll.

Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een goed oog voor detail.

  • Je kan logisch nadenken en problemen zelfstandig analyseren.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt gestructureerd.

Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands.

Een goede kennis van Frans is belangrijk.

  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook een echte teamspeler.
