In deze veelzijdige administratieve functie combineer je personeelsadministratie, loonverwerking en boekhoudkundige ondersteuning.

Je bent een belangrijke schakel binnen de dagelijkse administratie en ondersteunt de hoofdboekhoudster bij een correcte financiële verwerking.

Personeelsadministratie & loonverwerking

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor personeelsadministratie.
  • Je ondersteunt de voorbereiding van de loonverwerking.
  • Je verwerkt gepresteerde uren, overuren, ziekte- en verlofdagen correct aan de hand van het track-&-trace-systeem.
  • Je ondersteunt de zaakvoerder bij werving en selectie.
  • Je behandelt personeelsgegevens met de nodige discretie en nauwkeurigheid.

Boekhouding & financiële administratie

  • Je boekt dagelijks aankoopfacturen in via het boekhoudprogramma.
  • Je importeert en verwerkt verkoopfacturen via het ERP-systeem.
  • Je controleert uitgaande facturen op juistheid, waaronder btw, kostendragers en klantgegevens.
  • Je helpt bij de voorbereiding van betalingsrappels.
  • Je ondersteunt een gezond cashbeheer en de algemene financiële opvolging.
  • Je werkt mee aan de verdere optimalisatie van administratieve en financiële processen.
  • Je beschikt over een goed boekhoudkundig inzicht en hebt ervaring met analytisch boeken.
  • Je beschikt over een boekhoudkundige opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring of affiniteit met personeelsadministratie en loonverwerking.
