Jij speelt een belangrijke rol binnen het HR Services-team en schakelt dagelijks met HR-collega's, dataspecialisten en een externe payrollpartner. Naast de salarisverwerking denk je actief mee over hoe processen sneller, slimmer en gebruiksvriendelijker kunnen worden ingericht. Jouw ideeën maken dus direct impact op de dienstverlening. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verwerken van salarismutaties in SAP SuccessFactors. - Controleren van salarisruns en signaleren van afwijkingen. - Afstemmen met de externe payrollpartner over salarisverwerking. - Verzorgen van een correcte en tijdige salarisbetaling. - Beantwoorden van vragen over loonstroken, salarissen en arbeidsvoorwaarden. - Opstellen van berekeningen, zoals transitievergoedingen en eindafrekeningen. - Uitvoeren van controles op basis van wet- en regelgeving. - Verbeteren en optimaliseren van payrollprocessen. - Signaleren van knelpunten en aandragen van oplossingen.
