Voor het hoofdkantoor van een leverancier van hout- en bouwmaterialen in Meppel zoekt Stiptwerk Uitzendbureau een medewerker Personeels- en Salarisadministratie. In deze functie zorg je ervoor dat de salaris- en personeelsadministratie correct en op tijd wordt verwerkt. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar hebt ook veel contact met collega's en verschillende instanties. Wat ga je doen? - De maandelijkse salarisverwerking verzorgen; - Loonaangiften, jaarwerk en rapportages opstellen; - Personeelsmutaties doorgeven aan verschillende instanties; - Uren en verlof verwerken; - Arbeidsovereenkomsten, aanvullingen en andere personeelsdocumenten opstellen; - Personeelsdossiers actueel houden; - Administratieve ondersteuning bieden bij werving en selectie; - Werkzaamheden uitvoeren rondom in- en uitdiensttreding, opleidingen en andere personeelszaken. Wat breng je mee? - Mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau; - Een Praktijkdiploma Loonadministratie; - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie; - Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; - Een nauwkeurige, zelfstandige en actieve werkhouding; - Je bent toegankelijk, servicegericht en communiceert makkelijk; - Actuele kennis van wet- en regelgeving rondom salarisadministratie is mooi meegenomen; - Kennis van de cao Hibin is een voordeel; - Je woont in Meppel, De Wijk, Staphorst, Rouveen, Hoogeveen, Steenwijk, Balkbrug of omgeving.
