Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Wat ga je doen? Als Medewerker Personeelsadministratie ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte, tijdige en efficiënte personeelsadministratie. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle P&O-processen rondom in-, door- en uitstroom goed verlopen en dat personeelsgegevens actueel zijn. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij onderwerpen als verzuim, opleidingen, inhuur en managementrapportages. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met de Medewerker Salarisadministratie, P&O-adviseurs, leidinggevenden en medewerkers. Als functioneel beheerder van AFAS (personeelsinformatiesysteem) ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers. Je ondersteunt collega's bij vragen over het systeem, signaleert verbetermogelijkheden en vertaalt deze naar praktische oplossingen. Ook denk je actief mee over het optimaliseren van P&O-processen en de verdere digitalisering van de dienstverlening. Collega's kunnen bij jou terecht met uiteenlopende P&O-vragen. Je bent op de hoogte van actuele wet- en regelgeving en vertaalt dit naar je dagelijkse werk. Wie ben jij? Je bent een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde professional die moeiteloos overzicht houdt, ook wanneer er veel tegelijk speelt. Administratieve processen hebben voor jou weinig geheimen en nieuwe systemen maak je je snel eigen. Sterker nog: je krijgt energie van het optimaal inrichten en beheren van systemen en processen.
