Het beschikt over 91 hotelkamers, 9 vergader- en multifunctionele zalen, een sfeervol à la carte restaurant met meer dan 200 zitplaatsen, een hotelbar en meerdere terrassen. We vinden het belangrijk dat onze gasten, maar zeker ook onze collega s het familiegevoel ervaren waar Van der Valk voor staat. Functiebeschrijving Als Medewerker Personeelszaken ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen medewerkers, directie en MT en ben je voor iedereen toegankelijk. Je bent sociaal, empathisch, nauwkeurig en discreet. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op HR-gebied goed geregeld is. Je informeert en adviseert de managers van de verschillende afdelingen zodat iedereen zich verantwoordelijk voelt voor HR. Hierbij horen onder andere de volgende werkzaamheden: - Je draagt zorg voor instroom, doorstroom en uitstroom van collega s (gehele recruitment proces); - Je bent een sparringpartner voor de directie en het MT binnen ons hotel; - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de gehele medewerkersadministratie; - Je zorgt voor het aanleveren van de benodigde gegevens voor de salarisadministratie; - Je houdt alles goed in de smiezen omtrent contracten en proeftijd signaleringen; - Onderhouden van de medewerkersdossiers; - Je adviseert directie en afdelingshoofden op het gebied van het gehele HR-beleid.
