Ter versterking van ons team zijn wij op zoek naar een: medewerker planning Doel van de functie - Het op efficiënte wijze aannemen en plannen van werkzaamheden. - Fungeert als 'brug' tussen de afdelingen service, logistiek & support, verkoop en projectbureau. - Het administratief ondersteunen van de serviceafdeling. Plaats in de organisatie: Valt onder hiërarchische leiding van de Directie en legt werkinhoudelijk ook verantwoording aan deze af. Taken/verantwoordelijkheden: - Maakt de planning voor de service- en plaatsingsmonteurs, zorgt dat de juiste persoon op het juiste moment op de plek aanwezig is met de juiste order. - Past, indien nodig, de planning aan en communiceert dit, indien nodig, naar de klant. - Verzorgt de administratieve ondersteuning voor de monteurs. - Maakt service orders en offertes. - Noteert storingen en vraagt goed door. - Controleert werkbonnen op projectnummer, naam en gewerkte uren monteurs. - Onderhoudt contacten met klanten en leveranciers. - Geeft klachten door aan de directie. - Houdt het administratieve systeem en het relatiebeheersysteem up-to-date. - Levert een actieve bijdrage in het (werk) overleg. Staat open voor opmerkingen en feedback en stelt eigen werk zo nodig bij. - Wisselt met collega's informatie en ideeën uit. - Levert een bijdrage aan overlegsituaties; geeft informatie, stelt vragen en denkt mee met anderen. Resultaat- en kwaliteitsgerichtheid: - Werkt doelgericht aan het tijdig en volgens afgesproken criteria behalen van afgesproken resultaten. - Houdt zich aan de vastgestelde kwaliteitseisen, checkt daarop regelmatig en herstelt fouten. - Reageert direct corrigerend als de kwaliteit onder de maat is.
