Je organiseert, coördineert en houdt overzicht, maar je doet meer dan dat: je ondersteunt adviseurs en helpt onze klanten met hun opleidingsvragen. Je ziet kansen, pakt ze op en draagt zo direct bij aan de groei van artra én aan het werkgeluk van arbeidsmarktprofessionals. Wie ben jij? Jij verbindt deelnemers, klanten en trainers, zorgt voor een strakke planning én denkt mee over hoe onze dienstverlening telkens een stap beter kan. Je houdt van schakelen, vooruitdenken en mensen verder helpen. Dankzij jouw energie en oog voor detail beleven deelnemers een soepele leerreis en groeien klantrelaties op een natuurlijke manier. - Jij bent proactief, nieuwsgierig en denkt graag in oplossingen; - Je communiceert helder en vriendelijk, zowel telefonisch als per mail; - Je werkt secuur en houdt overzicht, ook als er veel tegelijk speelt; - Je pakt nieuwe systemen snel op, zoals ons CRM, LMS en ondersteunende AI-tools; - Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in planning, administratie of klantcontact; - Wanneer je al iets weet van de opleidingswereld of flexbranche, is dat een mooie plus.
