Onze partner wil als publieke dienstverlener een sleutelrol spelen op het vlak van mobiliteit en zo een essentiële schakel vormen op sociaaleconomisch gebied.

Als Planner Productie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen van de verschillende onderhoudstaken voor een trein. Op deze manier draag je bij tot het vlot verloop van het productie- en onderhoudsproces voor onze treinen, zodat reizigers op elk moment kunnen rekenen op perfect onderhouden treinen.

  • Samen met je leidinggevende bepaal je de prioriteiten voor treinonderhoud en –reparaties. Vervolgens maak je een gedetailleerde planning op van de onderhoudstaken en voer je alle gegevens in SAP in.
  • Je stelt de werkroosters van de technici op.
  • Je verzekert je ervan dat het onderhoud en de reparaties op tijd zijn uitgevoerd en dat treinen op tijd en in goede staat de werkplaats binnenkomen en verlaten.
  • Je bewaakt KPI's met betrekking tot stiptheid, betrouwbaarheid en kwaliteit van het onderhoud.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de functie van Planner Productie heb je volgende skills:

  • Je hebt een uitstekend plannings- en organisatievermogen: je reageert adequaat, snel en flexibel op onvoorziene situaties en problemen.
  • Je hebt een zeer goed synthetisch vermogen: je bent in staat het werk van meerdere medewerkers op verschillende treinstellen te beheren.
  • Als schakel tussen het veld (uitvoering) en de planning (beslissing) draag jij bij tot een goede teamspirit.
  • Je hebt een oog voor detail en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Veiligheid, kwaliteit en klantgerichtheid zijn jouw topprioriteiten.
  • Tot slot ben je een echte ambassadeur van onze PROS-waarden: Professionaliteit, Respect, Ondernemerschap en Samenwerking.

Je werkt in dagdienst op weekdagen (werkdag start om 7u) maar staat open om in te springen tijdens de nacht en in de weekends én om op termijn over te stappen naar het vijfwekenstelsel waarbij je per 5 weken 1 week nachtdienst hebt en 1 weekend op 5 werkt.
