Je werkt vanuit SVRZ Woonzorgcentrum Theresiahof in Heinkenszand en bent verantwoordelijk voor de personeelsplanning van onze zorglocaties in de gemeenten Goes en Borsele. Samen met je collega-planners zorg je ervoor dat openstaande diensten zo goed mogelijk worden ingevuld. Waar nodig spring je bij en ondersteun je collega's binnen het plangebied. Als ervaren planner weet je dat een goede planning meer is dan alleen het invullen van diensten. Je hebt oog voor de mensen achter het rooster, denkt vooruit en schakelt snel wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Je denkt in oplossingen, signaleert kansen voor verbetering en durft hierin te adviseren. Daarbij komt jouw creativiteit goed van pas. Met jouw organisatorisch talent, positieve instelling en zorgvuldige omgang met vertrouwelijke informatie draag je iedere dag bij aan een soepele planning én de best mogelijke zorg voor onze cliënten. Wat ga je doen? Jouw belangrijkste werkzaamheden zijn: - Inventariseren van tekorten en overschotten in de planning - Oplossen van knelpunten in de roosters, waarbij je de kwaliteit van zorg altijd vooropstelt - Opvangen van acute roostertekorten en collega's op een betrokken en respectvolle manier enthousiasmeren om diensten in te vullen - Borgen dat cliënten kunnen rekenen op de juiste zorg, op het juiste moment - Verwerken en registreren van ziekteverzuim op een zorgvuldige en correcte manier - Adviseren van teamcoaches over planningsvraagstukken en verbetermogelijkheden Je werkdagen zijn in ieder geval op maandag en vrijdag en verder in overleg.
