Wie zijn wij? Bij Jokidé Kinderopvang zetten we ons iedere dag in voor de ontwikkeling, het plezier en de veiligheid van kinderen. Dit doen we samen met een betrokken en professioneel team op onze verschillende locaties. We vinden het belangrijk dat niet alleen de kinderen, maar ook onze teamleden zich prettig voelen binnen onze organisatie. Een goede personeelsplanning speelt daarin een belangrijke rol. Daarom zoeken wij iemand die vooruitkijkt, snel kan schakelen en ervoor zorgt dat de juiste mensen op het juiste moment op de juiste plek staan. Wat ga je doen? Als medewerker planning ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen onze organisatie. Jij houdt overzicht over de personeelsplanning en zorgt ervoor dat de bezetting op onze locaties zo goed mogelijk aansluit bij de behoefte. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Soms werk je vooruit aan de planning voor de komende periode, terwijl je op een ander moment snel moet schakelen vanwege bijvoorbeeld ziekte of een onverwachte wijziging. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het opstellen, beheren en bewaken van de personeelsroosters; - het zorgen voor een passende personele bezetting binnen de geldende wet- en regelgeving en de kaders van de Wet kinderopvang; - het signaleren van knelpunten in de bezetting en hier tijdig op anticiperen; - het organiseren van vervanging bij ziekte, verlof of andere wijzigingen; - het afstemmen met leidinggevenden over...
