Door de verdere digitalisering van de planning en dispatching bij een van onze klanten zijn we op zoek naar een Medewerker Planning & Dispatching. Met de introductie van een nieuwe softwaretool zet onze klant een belangrijke stap in de verdere optimalisatie van zijn werking. Daarom zoeken we iemand die graag structuur aanbrengt, het overzicht bewaart en vlot communiceert met zowel collega's als klanten.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Ondersteunen van de dagelijkse planning en dispatching.
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van opdrachten in de planningsoftware.
  • Je helpt mee om de processen efficiënt te laten verlopen.
  • Bijsturen van de planning wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.
  • Nauw samenwerken met techniekers op de baan, collega's en het management.
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten over de uitvoering van de geplande diensten.
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen in de planning en de werkprocessen.
  • Administratieve opvolging en rapportering.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelorwerk-en denkniveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen planning, dispatching of een logistieke ommgeving is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste.
  • Je bent vlot met computers en maakt nieuwe software snel eigen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlor Nederlands. Kennins van Frans en Engels is een mooie meerwarde.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd.
  • Je kan onder druk werken en schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende taken.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk.
  • Je voelt je goed in een rol waarin je veel contacten hebt.
