Onze verantwoordelijkheid omvat het dagelijkse onderhoud, waarbij we alle reparaties, mutaties en renovaties van badkamers, keukens en toiletten coördineren. Jij ondersteunt onze uitvoerders bij de planning en administratie van de mutaties en BKT-renovaties. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Het plannen van afspraken met bewoners; - Aansturen van onze bouwpartners; - Inplannen van werkzaamheden; - Het bestellen van benodigde materialen; - Facturatie via een vast prijzenboek en controle van opdrachten en facturen. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Je hebt een positieve instelling en benadert situaties met een oplossingsgerichte houding; - Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden en hebt een goed zelfinzicht; - Je hebt het lef om anderen aan te spreken; - Je werkt gestructureerd en behoudt je focus, zelfs in een drukke omgeving; - Je kunt moeiteloos werken met diverse softwarepakketten voor projectadministratie. Ervaring in de bouwsector is een pré. Functieoverzicht .
