Wil jij de schakel zijn die ervoor zorgt dat onze Jumbo klanten blij worden door hun boodschappen online te bestellen en thuis te laten bezorgen? Als onderdeel van ons afdeling Support voor de bezorgers onderweg speel jij een cruciale rol in het oplossen van problemen en het bieden van ondersteuning. Elke dag draag jij bij aan het succes van onze bezorgoperatie en dat doe je met een werkweek van 40 uur vol plezier en voldoening.

Als medewerker Support bezorgservice ben jij altijd beschikbaar voor onze bezorgers. Ze weten dat ze op jou kunnen rekenen, of het nu gaat om technische problemen met hun navigatiesysteem of ontbrekende producten bij de levering. Jij staat altijd klaar om deze kwesties op te lossen, telefonisch of op andere manieren. Door jouw nauwe betrokkenheid bij de dagelijkse operatie, ben je in staat om direct verbeterpunten te signaleren. En je aarzelt niet om hier direct mee aan de slag te gaan. Zodra je voldoende ervaring hebt opgedaan, krijg je de kans om jouw kennis en expertise te delen met nieuwe collega's. Daarnaast bieden we je ook groeimogelijkheden, wellicht zelfs naar een senior positie binnen ons team. De mogelijkheden zijn grenzeloos!

Als medewerker Support bezorgservice lever je een waardevolle bijdrage aan de klantervaring door:

- Het oplossen van problemen waar bezorgers zelf niet uitkomen. - Het afhandelen van klantvragen en klachten die bij jou binnenkomen via onze klantenservice. - Het nauwkeurig registreren en documenteren van incidenten, klachten en procesafspraken in ons handige registratiesysteem.

Je maakt deel uit van een divers en gezellig team, want dat is waar onze Support afdeling om bekend staat. Samen met je collega's, zo'n 17 tot 28 per shift, zorg je ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt.
