The posting

Voor onze klant gespecialiseerd in multidisciplinaire dienstverlening in industriële services, zijn wij op zoek naar een administratief bediende planning.

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige administratieve afhandeling ter voorbereiding van de opstart van de arbeiders van de aan jou toegewezen werven (controle identiteitsbewijzen en werkdocumenten, aanmaak personeelsdossiers …). Dagelijks starten er 5 tot 30 nieuwe medewerkers op
  • Je volgt de dagelijkse planning en je registreert de aan- en afwezigheden in een bedrijfsintern ERP-systeem
  • Je staat in nauw contact met de werven en je bent een aanspreekpunt voor de werfleiders
  • Je staat in voor de opvolging van de sociale en fiscale wetgeving bij inzet van onderaannemers. Je volgt de dossiers van de onderaannemers op van A tot Z en verzorgt de nodige communicatie
  • Je staat zowel via telefoon als via mail in contact met werfleiders en onderaannemers. Deze communicatie verloopt voornamelijk in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de verschillende afdelingen binnen Altrad (HR, logistiek, operations …) en je rapporteert aan het hoofd van de planning en de subcontract manager
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelor diploma of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Schoolverlaters zijn ook zeker welkom
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in planning
  • Je bent administratief zeer sterk
  • Je bijt je vast in de aan jou toegewezen dossiers. Je gaat gestructureerd te werk en weet steeds het overzicht te behouden
  • Je bent stressbestendig. Aangezien je op een drukke afdeling werkt waar dagelijks veel informatie op jou afkomt, is het belangrijk om vlot te kunnen switchen tussen verschillende taken
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamband functioneren
  • Je beschikt over een goed probleemoplossend vermogen. Je analyseert de situatie en neemt contact op met de betrokken partijen om tot een goede beslissing te komen
  • Je bent computervaardig en je kan vlot werken met MS Office Tools
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en je beschikt over voldoende kennis van het Frans en Engels
  • Een basiskennis sociale wetgeving is een pluspunt
