Wat ga je doen?

Als medewerker van onze poetsdienst zorg jij ervoor dat:

  • de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes er altijd tiptop uitzien
  • de kamers van onze bewoners proper, fris en gezellig blijven
  • stof, vuil en kruimels geen schijn van kans krijgen

Kortom: jij bent onze geheime superheld(in) met dweil en poetskar!

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je kan goed samenwerken in team (alleen poetsen is saai )
  • Nederlands is jouw werktaal – voor een babbeltje met collega’s en bewoners
  • Je hebt een warm hart voor ouderen en tovert graag een glimlach op hun gezicht
  • Je bent stipt, betrouwbaar en ziet werk liggen (zelfs achter die ene deur)

Naast goesting om te poetsen en een goed humeur, vink jij ook deze puntjes af:

  • Je bent zorgvuldig en ordelijk (ja, ook die ene rand moet proper zijn)
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar voelt je ook helemaal thuis in een team
  • Je hebt respect voor ouderen, collega’s en privacy
  • Je bent fysiek in staat om poetswerk te doen (dweilen is ook een work-out)
  • Je bent betrouwbaar en stipt – we kunnen op je rekenen
  • Je volgt hygiëne- en veiligheidsregels correct op
  • Ervaring in de poetsdienst is mooi meegenomen, maar motivatie telt minstens evenveel

Taalvereiste

  • Nederlands is de werktaal binnen WZC Ter Burg
  • Je kan Nederlands spreken en begrijpen, zodat je vlot kan communiceren met bewoners, collega’s en leidinggevenden
  • Een vriendelijk praatje met onze bewoners in het Nederlands? Dat maakt hun dag (en de jouwe) meteen beter
