The posting

Als ponsmachine-operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het instellen en bedienen van de ponsmachine voor het bewerken van metalen onderdelen. Je zorgt ervoor dat de machine correct is afgesteld en dat de productie efficiënt en volgens de kwaliteitsnormen verloopt.

Je plaatst de metalen onderdelen nauwkeurig in de machine en werkt aan de hand van technische tekeningen en instructies. Daarbij voer je verschillende bewerkingen uit, zoals het ponsen van gaten, uitsparingen en specifieke vormen in het metaal.

Tijdens het productieproces controleer je regelmatig de kwaliteit en maatvoering van de afgewerkte onderdelen. Je zorgt ervoor dat de producten voldoen aan de vooropgestelde eisen en meldt eventuele afwijkingen tijdig. Daarnaast draag je bij aan een veilige, nette en georganiseerde werkplek.

Dankzij jouw technisch inzicht, nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail lever je kwalitatief werk af en speel je een belangrijke rol in een vlot en efficiënt productieproces

Je beschikt over een goed technisch inzicht en hebt een sterke interesse in productie en metaalbewerking. Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving of de metaalsector is een pluspunt, waardoor je snel vertrouwd raakt met de machines en processen.

Daarnaast kan je technische plannen en tekeningen vlot lezen en correct interpreteren. Je begrijpt de vereisten van een opdracht en weet deze nauwkeurig om te zetten naar kwalitatief afgewerkte producten.

Nauwkeurigheid draag je hoog in het vaandel. Je werkt met oog voor detail, controleert jouw werk zorgvuldig en streeft steeds naar een kwalitatief eindresultaat. Dankzij jouw technische vaardigheden, verantwoordelijkheidszin en gedrevenheid ben je een waardevolle aanvulling binnen het productieteam.
