Je beschikt over:

- Mbo werk- en denkniveau. - Ervaring met scan-, digitaliserings- en registratiewerkzaamheden (pré).

Wat ga je doen Als Medewerker Digitaliseren & Post ben jij de motor achter de informatiestroom binnen de gemeente. Jij zorgt dat alle inkomende post razendsnel op de juiste plek belandt. Door brieven nauwkeurig in te scannen, werken je collega's direct digitaal verder — lekker overzichtelijk! Ook sorteer en registreer je post voor afdelingen zoals Belastingen en Burgerzaken. Zo zie je meteen resultaat van je werk én neem je een uniek kijkje achter de schermen van de stad!

Je dagelijkse taken zien er zo uit:

- Ontvangen, beoordelen en distribueren van alle inkomende post. - Digitaliseren en scannen van fysieke documenten volgens de richtlijnen. - Verzenden van uitgaande documenten, mailings en drukwerk. - Registreren van eenvoudige documenten voor onder andere Belastingen en Burgerzaken.
