Voor HORNBACH Amsterdam Sloterdijk zoeken wij een medewerker preventie en beveiliging die scherp observeert, professioneel optreedt en actief meedenkt over een veilige vestiging. In deze functie ben jij de ogen en oren op het gebied van preventie en beveiliging. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten en medewerkers zich veilig voelen en helpt mee om derving, diefstal, fraude en onveilige situaties te voorkomen. Werken als medewerker preventie en beveiliging Bij HORNBACH komen dagelijks gemiddeld zo'n 2.000 klanten over de vloer. In een vestiging met een oppervlakte van ongeveer 12.000 tot 22.000 vierkante meter is veiligheid een belangrijke en afwisselende taak. Je houdt toezicht in en rond de vestiging, loopt controle- en surveillancerondes en reageert op verdachte of onveilige situaties. Daarbij werk je samen met collega's, de bedrijfsleider en waar nodig ook met de politie. Deze functie draait niet alleen om controleren, maar vooral ook om voorkomen. Zie je ruimte voor verbetering op het gebied van veiligheid, persoonsbeveiliging of het voorkomen van diefstal, fraude of ongevallen? Dan denk je actief mee over hoe het beter en veiliger kan. Wat ga je doen? Als medewerker preventie en beveiliging draag je bij aan een veilige winkelomgeving voor klanten, medewerkers en bezoekers. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - zorgen voor een veilig gevoel bij klanten en medewerkers; - voorkomen en beperken van derving; - signaleren van verdachte of onveilige situaties; - professioneel optreden op de winkelvloer wanneer dat nodig is; - voorkomen dat situaties escaleren; - contact onderhouden met de politie bij verdachte situaties, diefstal of fraude; - samen met de bedrijf...
