Jouw focus ligt op de voortgang: je volgt de planning nauwgezet, zodat het materieel op tijd en volgens de juiste specificaties wordt geleverd. Dan signaleer je dit direct en grijp je in om vertraging te voorkomen. - Het tijdig signaleren van knelpunten of stagnaties in de planning en hier proactief naar handelen. - Het in de gaten houden van de voorraadniveaus, zodat bestellingen en aanvragen altijd op tijd worden gedaan. - Op een professionele, klant- en organisatiegerichte manier communiceren met aanvragers en de betrokken teams. - Het rapporteren van de voortgang en de resultaten van de geplande werkzaamheden aan de senior medewerker Productiebesturing. Je bent een logistieke professional die van nature het overzicht bewaart, ook als het werk dynamisch wordt. Je schakelt veel met verschillende afdelingen en aanvragers, dus is heldere communicatie zeer belangrijk en ben je sterk in samenwerken. Daarnaast breng je het volgende mee: - Een afgeronde opleiding op minimaal mbo 3-niveau. - Relevante werkervaring binnen een logistieke organisatie. - Ervaring met Microsoft Office. - Ervaring met, of een sterke affiniteit voor, werken met SAP.
