Hier worden nieuwe teeltmethoden, gewassen en innovatieve landbouwtechnieken getest en ontwikkeld. Door onderzoek en praktijk nauw met elkaar te verbinden, levert het bedrijf een belangrijke bijdrage aan de verdere verduurzaming en ontwikkeling van de Nederlandse landbouw. Als medewerker proefveld werk je zowel binnen als buiten in de akkerbouw. Je krijgt afwisselende taken, van rooien tot kipper rijden en werken aan de sorteerband. Je werkt fulltime en hebt uitzicht op werk voor het hele jaar. Over de functie Je dag als medewerker proefveld begint met het voorbereiden van het proefveld, waar je samen met collega's verschillende werkzaamheden oppakt. Je helpt met rooien, dat betekent dat je gewassen uit de grond haalt en klaarmaakt voor verder onderzoek. Daarna kun je ingezet worden op de kipper, waar je zorgt voor het vervoeren van de geoogste producten. Ook sta je regelmatig aan de sorteerband om de producten te sorteren en controleren. Je werkt zowel binnen als buiten en het werk gaat door tot in ieder geval november, met kans op verlenging het hele jaar. Je werkt in een team en pakt samen de dagelijkse taken op, zodat de proefvelden er altijd netjes bij liggen.
