Dankzij jouw inzet verlopen toegangscontroles veilig, zorgvuldig en volgens de geldende procedures. Je ontvangt medewerkers en bezoekers, controleert identiteiten en autorisaties en ziet erop toe dat alleen bevoegde personen toegang krijgen tot de beveiligde omgeving. Geen werkdag is hetzelfde. Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse operatie van Program Security door bezoekers te begeleiden, securitycontroles uit te voeren en administratieve processen bij te houden. Daarnaast houd je toezicht op het beveiligingssysteem, beoordeel je alarmmeldingen en onderneem je waar nodig actie. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen Program Security en draagt bij aan de veiligheid van één van de meest geavanceerde militaire programma's van Defensie. Je werkt in wisseldiensten. De openingstijden van de SAPF zijn momenteel tussen 06.45 uur en 17.30 uur, afhankelijk van de vliegoperatie. Welke taken voer je uit? - Onder begeleiding van de Program Security Specialist voer je onder andere de volgende werkzaamheden uit: - Ontvangen en registreren van medewerkers en bezoekers. - Controleren van identiteitsbewijzen, autorisaties en security clearances. - Uitvoeren van toegangscontroles en securityscans van personen en bagage. - Begeleiden van bezoekers binnen de SAPF. - Meewerken aan de openings- en sluitingsprocedures. - Beheren van het bezoekerslogboek en de frontoffice. - Beantwoorden van algemene vragen en beheren van de gezamenlijke mailbox. - Uitvoeren van administratieve werkzaamheden die horen bij de frontoffice. - Monitoren van het bev...
