In de rol van Medewerker Project- & Documentbeheer zorg jij ervoor dat de projectadministratie tiptop in orde is. Jij houdt overzicht, brengt structuur aan en zorgt ervoor dat alle documentatie klopt en op het juiste moment beschikbaar is. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en proactieve houding kunnen je collega's zich richten op hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Je vindt het heerlijk om dingen te regelen, laat je niet snel gek maken en zorgt ervoor dat de administratie ook tijdens een audit foutloos op orde is.Als Medewerker Project- & Documentbeheer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en organiseren van project- en order gerelateerde documentatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat informatie compleet, actueel en eenvoudig terug te vinden is. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol bij de implementatie en het beheer van het archiveringssysteem voor documenten.Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende collega's en verzamelt informatie uit de organisatie om de juiste documentatie op te stellen, beschikbaar te stellen en te laten beoordelen. Omdat de documentatie ook wordt gebruikt om (potentiële) klanten te informeren over het gebruik en onderhoud van de producten, is het belangrijk dat alles tot in detail klopt. Je werkt gestructureerd, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en ziet geen detail over het hoofd. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over hoe werkzaamheden en processen binnen de afdeling slimmer en efficiënter kunnen worden ingericht. Je bent en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor: - Het ontwikkelen en bijhouden van een documentbeheerplan; - Het verzamelen, ontwikkelen, beoordelen en beschikbaar stellen van projectdocumentatie, datasheets en informatie over wet- en regelgeving; - Het afstemmen en valideren van documentatie met certificerende instanties en andere stakeholders; - Het beheren en actueel houden van product- en klantendocumentatie; - Het implementeren en beheren van het archiveringssysteem voor documenten; - Het beantwoorden van vragen en verstrekken van de juiste informatie aan colle.
