In onze Proshop ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor zowel professionele installateurs als particuliere klanten. Dankzij jouw technische kennis, commerciële flair en servicegerichte aanpak zorg je ervoor dat elke klant tevreden én met de juiste producten de deur uitgaat.

Wat ga je doen?

Geen dag verloopt hetzelfde. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze klanten vlot geholpen worden en onze Proshop optimaal draait.

Je verwelkomt installateurs en particuliere klanten en luistert naar hun behoeften

Je geeft technisch en commercieel advies over ons assortiment:

Sanitair

Verwarming

️ Airco

️ Ventilatie

Hernieuwbare energie

Je verwerkt offertes, bestellingen, verkoopbonnen en betalingen correct en efficiënt

Je stelt bestellingen samen en controleert goederen op kwaliteit, aantallen en verpakking

Je ontvangt leveringen en volgt de voorraad nauwkeurig op

Je informeert klanten over producten, diensten en levertermijnen

Je bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties op en werkt nauw samen met collega's en vertegenwoordigers

Je rapporteert aan de Filiaal Teamlead

Jij bent iemand die klanten graag verder helpt en plezier haalt uit een combinatie van techniek, service en verkoop.

️ Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in magazijnbeheer en/of toonbankverkoop

️ Een technische achtergrond in sanitair, verwarming, bouw of koeling is een grote troef

️ Je bent commercieel ingesteld en voelt snel aan wat klanten nodig hebben

️ Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met verschillende soorten klanten

️ Je werkt georganiseerd en nauwkeurig

️ Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband voel jij je helemaal thuis

️ Ook op drukke momenten blijf je rustig en oplossingsgericht

️ Je spreekt vlot Nederlands

️ Je bent leergierig en maakt je nieuwe systemen snel eigen
