Medewerker PSA MBO - 34 uur Jij gaat iedere maand mensen blij maken. Jij zorgt er namelijk voor dat onze medewerkers iedere maand hun salaris weer op tijd en juist ontvangen. Dagelijks ga jij aan de slag met het verzorgen van de personeels- en salarisadministratie en dit doe je samen met jouw 3 collega's van team PSA. Wat ga je doen? - Je voert diverse controle-, rapportage- en optimalisatiewerkzaamheden uit voor de salaris- en personeelsadministratie. Daarnaast heb jij binnen dit werkveld een adviserende rol bij vragen van medewerkers maar ook bij de jaarlijkse accountantscontroles. - Je neemt de regie over de wekelijkse afstemming met de financiële administratie m.b.t. journaalposten en de begroting. - Je zorgt voor een juiste en tijdige salarisbetaling van alle medewerkers. - Je voert dagelijks de personele mutaties door via Youforce en Beaufort (Visma Raet). - Daarnaast ben jij medeverantwoordelijk voor het verbeteren en het optimaliseren van onze salarissystemen. - Je bent een sparringpartner voor je collega's m.b.t. alles wat te maken heeft met de salarisadministratie. 205 Wat heb je daarvoor nodig? - Je hebt een relevante administratieve opleiding op minimaal MBO-4 niveau, een afgeronde PDL opleiding is een pré; - Je bent accuraat, leergierig, hebt gevoel voor cijfers en houdt van het uitzoeken van salaris administratieve vraagstukken; - Bij voorkeur heb je kennis van de software van Youforce, salarisinrichting (Gemal) en Beaufort; - Je hebt kennis van de loon- en inkomstenbelasting en sociale wetgeving; - Je krijgt energie van het op orde brengen en houden van administratieve processen; - Je werkt graag samen en vind het gezamenlijke resultaat belangrijker dan je eigen werkpakket en durft initiatief te nemen; - Je stelt je in werktijden flexibel op i.v.m. piekbelastingen.
