Functiebeschrijving: Locatiebeheerder(s) Vluchtelingenopvang – 32 tot 36 uur per week Voor Gemeente Coevorden zoeken wij twee betrokken en daadkrachtige locatiebeheerders voor de opvang van Oekraïense ontheemden. In deze rol draag je zichtbaar bij aan de veiligheid, stabiliteit en het welzijn van mensen die hun thuis moesten verlaten. Je werkt in een omgeving waar je direct maatschappelijke impact maakt — elke dag opnieuw. Wat ga je doen? Als locatiebeheerder zorg je voor een goed georganiseerde, veilige en leefbare opvangomgeving. Je: - Houdt overzicht over de dagelijkse gang van zaken op de locatie. - Bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bewoners voor praktische en sociale vragen. - Stimuleert bewoners om zelfredzaam te zijn en hun eigen regie te pakken. - Draagt actief bij aan een positieve en veilige sfeer op de locatie. - Signaleert bijzonderheden en onderneemt direct actie bij incidenten. - Werkt samen met collega’s en diverse ketenpartners op het gebied van onderwijs, zorg, welzijn en dagbesteding. - Legt dagelijkse rapportages vast en schakelt tijdig op naar de locatiemanager of projectleider. - Werkt op basis van een rooster en bent vaak zelfstandig op een locatie aanwezig, met vaste overlegmomenten binnen het team. We zoeken professionals die: - Per direct beschikbaar zijn en flexibel kunnen omgaan met wisselende werktijden. - De opvang is 24/7 in bedrijf, waardoor ondersteuning soms ook nodig is in avonden en weekenden. - Hierdoor speel je een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van rust, veiligheid en continuïteit op de locaties. - Een geldig BHV-certificaat hebben of bereid zijn dit snel te behalen. - Digitaal vaardig en nauwkeurig in rapportages zijn. - Initiatief tonen, goed kunnen samenwer.
